CENECO meets stakeholders
on power concerns

Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. representatives held a coordination meeting with officials of Bacolod, Silay, Talisay, and Bago cities, and the towns of Don Salvador Benedicto and Murcia Tuesday, on their power concerns, a CENECO press release said.

Topics on the power supply needs like the load growth and the cost of power, electrical application concerns, and the energization of some unenergized sitios/puroks were discussed in the meeting, the press release said.

CENECO vice president and Silay City director Michael Maravilla led the CENECO Area Managers, representatives from the LGUs, and the business sector, represented by Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Frank Carbon.

CENECO also announced at the meeting the creation of its new website where it provides consumers easy access to on-line information about maintenance updates, press releases, CENECO feeders, Senior Citizen discount, billing concerns, disconnection schedule, power average rates, etc., the press release said.

The website gives information on company profile, CENECO Board of Directors and Management, workflows, and job openings.

It also features the different LGUs within CENECO’s franchise areas. The website address www.ceneco.com.ph, the press release said.*
