Singles bowlfest starts tonight

Games in the AIM Fitness Gym-organized “Singles Bowling Tournament” will start at 6 p.m. today at the Super Bowling Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

The two-game single competition is open to all non-rated players and enthusiasts in Bacolod City.

Cash prizes await the top three winners.

Entry fee is P200.

Meanwhile, the Sharp sponsored Open Trio Bowling Championship will open Friday at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

Registration will began at 5:30 p.m.

The event will be contested in the men’s rated and non-rated department, and women’s category, as well.

On Sunday, May 13, 2012 the Inter-school Triangular Bowlfest 2012 will also open at 3:30 p.m.

The tournament will be participated in by Bacolod City National High School, Domingo Lacson National High School and Negros Occidental High School.

About 25 teams are expected to join the event.

It will be a 10-scheduled elimination rounds in the team competition and the top five in category A, B, and C will then vie for the coveted title on July 29.

The tournament’s top 10 bowlers will battle for the master crown on July 22.*HLG
