Digong Tinsay and Biboy Morales emerged as winners in the Standard Seniors and Hi-cap division, while Chico Delicana and Mairu Mediodia ruled in the Production and Classic category of the 2nd Mario Villanueva Sr. Memorial Cup Shooting Competition at the Sta. Fe Resort Shooting Range in Barangay Granada, Bacolod City.

The event was co-hosted by the Central Negros Shooters Association headed by Pablo Nava.

Tinsay bested his counterparts in the seniors bracket with 539.3383 match points, as Morales posted 548.7806 to bag the title in the Hi-cap category.

In addition to his recent feat, Tinsay also topped the La Carlota Pasalamat Shootfest sponsored by Congressman Jeffrey Ferrer in the same division last April
