MERCI trailer van launched

MERCI Bakeshop, Fast Food and Pasalubong Treats lit up the Tourism Strip at Lacson Street recently with a 3-night show and the launch of the MERCI Mobile Trailer Van, a press release from the firm said.

MERCI's newest mobile store will cater to festivals, town fiestas and school events within Negros Occidental. Grab n' Go sandwiches, assorted bread and pastries, cold drinks and pasalubong treats like biscocho, piaya and mango tarts will be sold in the MERCI Mobile Trailer Van, the press release said.

The MERCI stage at the junction of Lacson and 13th Street also wowed Electric Masskara revelers during the recent festival with music, fun, prizes and free throw-aways, the press release also said.

The MERCI Mayfair Branch featured a free photo wall for tourists and local partygoers who wanted to pose with full- costumed Masskara dancers, it added.

Meanwhile, the I LOVE MERCI Grand Raffle Draw were awarded.

 A Home Theater Appliance Showcase (Flat Screen with DVD Player), a Neo Laptop, a Kitchen Appliance Showcase (personal refrigerator, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric pot, double burner stove), two units Popcom Tablets, five Alcatel One Touch Cellphones and five Merci Gift Certificates.

In support of Bacolod City's environmental campaign and plastic ban on November 23, MERCI gave out Eco Bags made of recycled materials, during the recent MassKara Festival, the press release said.*
