Mulo Car takes lead in
Suppliers bowlfest

Mulo Car Aircon Team led in the premiere division of the Suppliers Friendship Cup Open Bowling Tournament hosted by Sharp at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

The Flores Team led in the men’s non-rated department, as Tiger Eye and Davies Fusion II shared the top spot in the women’s category.

The MCA headed by Romulo Ramos had 703 in the first round, while the squad of Roger Flores had 725 and Cecil Biendo-led Tiger Eye and DF had identical 617 each.

With Mulo in the men’s rated division are Sharp with 684; Kami Mga Hubin, 676; Silverado, 661; NPBC RJ Stars, 652; ESD Electronz II, 650; TNT Construction, 647, and Davies I, 590.

Lined up with Flores Team are Sharp/St. Joseph – La Salle, 673; Candles, 656; Metro Sales, 654; Bago City Bowlers, 654; Philippine Daily Inquirer/Manila Bulletin, 649; ESD Electronz I, 644; RJ Stars, 641; RJPL, 634; Canvil Knights, 634; FRM Marketing, 623; St. Joseph I, 617 and HAIER, 614.

The other competitors in the women’s bracket are St. Joseph School-La Salle Adventures, 624; Condura/ASSFBI Ladies, 614; Racahe, 607; Davies Fusion I, 610; Panasonic, 567; RJ Stars/NPBC, 557, and Kami Mga Gwapa, 531.

KMH of Robbie Elegado and Roger Flores group had team’s highest single and double with 373 and 732 in the men’s bracket, while the St. Joseph Adventurers established the women’s record in single and double with 322 and 624.

Meanwhile, PICHE Team and PICPA shared the in the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers Inter-Professional Organization Invitational Bowling Tournament at the Lopue’s East Bowling Center in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City.

The No.1 squads compiled 5,127 pinfalls followed by PSME with 4,995.

IBP had 4,983; PISM, 4,969; PICE, 4,773; IIEE, 4,001, and UAP, 2,633.*
