UNA meet postponed

Negros Occidental Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. yesterday said the United Negros Alliance meeting set tomorrow has been postponed until further notice.

He said the meeting that was to discuss the party’s line up for 2013, among other matters, was postponed because some party members are unavailable on that date.

He said another date will be set for the meeting.

Invited to the postponed meeting were Vice Governor Genaro Alvarez, the provincial board members, mayors, vice mayors and councilors,.

UNA is a coalition of Negros Occidental officials belonging to different national political parties.*CPG
