RIU-6 chief, Insp. Julio Turcolas identified the barangay Kagawad as Buenaventura Selibio, “alias Boy”, 59, of Pinaguinpinan, Kabankalan City.

Gagatam added that the raid stemmed from the complaint of a certain Aromy Lestino, who claimed that he took his tricycle.
