Airline jobs fair set
in Dumaguete

A series of job fairs will be conducted by Philippine Airlines in Dumaguete, Bacolod and Iloilo cities, its press release said.

The airline is looking for male and female cabin crew and pilot–applicants for the positions of captain, first and second officers, the press release also said.

The job fair in Dumaguete will be held on November 9 to 11 at the Plaza Maria Luisa Suites Inn; Nov. 16 to 18 at Sugarland Hotel in Bacolod City; and Nov. 23 to 25 at Hotel del Rio, Iloilo City. Registration starts at 8 a.m., the press release said.

Applicants who have natural service orientation and possess the minimum criteria should apply in person in any of the three job fairs, and bring with them their resume with two 4R photos, one close-up and one full-body shot.

Cabin crew applicants must be Filipino citizens, not more than 27 years old, preferably single, must be college graduates, at least 5'2 ½” for female applicants and 5'6” in height for male.

Applicants must come in business attire, or wearing a corporate blazer, inner blouse, knee-length skirt and high-heeled closed shoes, hair tied back in a bun and in full make-up for women; and long-sleeved polo with necktie, black slacks and leather shoes for men, the press release said.

Pilot applicants should submit their resume with latest picture and record of flying hours logged in any of the recruitment venues.
