P76M allotted for repair of The Dumaguete City port RC Pier I will be rehabilitated with an allocation of P76.6 million by the Philippine Ports Authority and the Department of Transportation and Communications, a department press release said yesterday. The amount is part of the P556 million allotment by the PPA-DOTC this year to upgrade and rehabilitate seven ports in the country, which are the Dumangas and Iloilo ports, Tabaco in Albay, Ormoc Port in Leyte, Lucena City port, Pio Duran in Albay, and the Dumaguete harbor, the press release said.
