Most’ wanted man
in Sagay arrested

Policemen arrested Saturday one of the 10 most-wanted persons in Sagay City, Negros Occidental, who is facing a murder charge in court.

Nabbed in Sitio Kalumpang, Brgy. Himoga-an Baybay, Sagay City, by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Cadiz Regional Trial Court Judge Renato Munez was Danny Magbologtong, 37.

Chief Inspector Gabriel Gutierrez yesterday said Magbologtong ranked number three in the list of 10 most wanted persons in Sagay City.

Meanwhile, another violator of RA 9287, as the amended law on illegal, gambling, was arrested Friday in Brgy. Rafaela Barrera in Sagay City.

Gutierrez, who is the Sagay police chief, said the arrest of Bernard Leganad, alias Lawin, 43, yielded assorted jai-alai illegal gambling paraphernalia, P200 in alleged cash bets, a cellular phone and a Suzuki motorcycle.* GPB
