About 130 Regional Council Development members and guests are expected at the 2nd Quarter Regular Meeting of Regional Development Council of Western Visayas at the Sen. Jose C. Locsin Cultural and Civic Center in Silay City, Negros Occidental, today.

Regional directors, governors, representatives from the Makati Business Club are expected to attend the meeting, a Silay City government press release said.

Silay City Mayor Jose Montelibano said he will formalize the request for the expansion of the runway and terminal building of the Bacolod-Silay Airport at the RDC-VI meeting, the press release said.*
