Present were Vice Mayor Delia Anacan, Councilor Anecito Villaluz Jr., Education Supevisor Bernadin Bendo, trainer Josephine Adad and Technology and Livelihood Development coordinator Gladysmyr Diego.

A Basic Literacy Training was also held among the inmates to give them livelihood, and with Diego to help them market their products, the press release said.
