A well planned debut

Excuse Me The 1st Electric MassKara was launched last night at Lacson Street, Bacolod City, in front of the PNB Building. This is the fist time that the building and its grounds have been lighted up in October.

On Oct. 19, aside from the Charter Day parade, a 15-minute fireworks display will also be held along the MassKara party strip at Lacson Street in the evening.

Rene Hinojales will lead the street dancing at Lacson Street. A stage will be set up in front of the PNB to entertain the crowd, and delicious and very yummy food at affordable prices will be sold.

Efren and Bebing Parian had long been planning and were excited about the debut of their only daughter, Estela Biaca, a first year student of the University of Asia and Pacific.

So last Saturday, the most awaited day, birthday planner Beng Villanueva gave all her best to decorate the La Proa Ballroom of L'Fisher with different blooms. Lovely giveaways were gray picture frames with swaroski stones. Dad Efren, in his welcome speech, said that from Bianca birth, they both believed that she has been their lucky charm.

Bianca appreciated all the things given to her by her parents and promised she will never disappoint them. A video clip was shown from the celebrator's baptismal and the present she, followed by the traditional eighteen roses, cheers and toss of white wine for the birthday lady.

She then blew the candles on her four-layered lavender cake. Emcee at the debut were Alex Gamboa and Stanley Jordon.

Non-stop dance, dance, dance followed.

Remember: "Greet a child as though he already is the person he's capable of becoming."*
