Bad Boys vs. Angels
in Probac/LNA7 clash

Seeking to improve their record after absorbing initial setbacks, Bad Boys and Angels Burger will clash at 7 tonight in the 1st PROBAC/LNA7 Invitational Basketball Tournament at the West Negros University Gym.

In the second game, Boston hopes to get past Sun Cellular to likewise strengthen its bid for the tournament’s title.

As of press time, Akasya Grill and Fortuna are playing against each other, hoping to keep its record unblemished.

After two games, both Akasya Grill and Fortuna had an identical 2-0 win-loss card with Akasya blowing way Watchmen Daily Journal in the opening day then turning back Angels Burger in their next assignment.

Fortuna, on the other hand, gave Angels its second loss then went on to beat Sun Cellular to post a back-to-back win.

With Hanz Schulze and former PBA player Mark Kong in the lineup, Akasya has the height advantage and a strong back up in Arvin Dasillo, Janray Pepino, Paolo Cuenca, JC Sobevega, Chister Isulat, Jynon Mapa, Eugene Jalandoni, Justin Tugado, Paul Jison, Mark Velez, Vince Tan, Matthew Yap, Edward Castellano, Carlo Diaz, Paolo Avecilla and Jap Cua.

Fortuna, on the other hand, is composed of former Negros Slasher campaigner Ryan Gamboa, Carlo Chua, Tee Espejo, Noel Peñas, Etoy Zuñega, Joelin Dicag, Ian Tuerez, JR Gapusan, Bingcoy Rodriguez, Mewyn Onas, Adam Coscocuella, Bobet Ganaban, Alrich Apuang, Bonoy Ocmedo, Ryan Ramos, Omit Badrina and Joerey Dilag.

Other teams seeing action in the tournament are Toyota-Bacolod, Ink Cream and TJ Construction.*NAB
