‘New’ Surplus store
opens at SM City

Surplus re-opened its store with a new look at SM City-Bacolod Saturday to provide its customers an exciting new shopping experience.

“This is our 30th branch. It is not a new branch but a new store because we only changed its look,” Dico said.

Customers can get fashion finds at affordable prices here, she said. “Great fashion finds mean we really have the brands,” she said, adding that their stocks came from an excess production stocks of certain brands.
