SJI to hold Amazing Race

An exciting and fun-filled day awaits the St. John's Institute community as SJI Alumni Association holds its 3 rd Amazing Race at the SJI Ayala Campus in Talisay City .

Twelve alumni batches are joining the race, a press release from the school said.

Also taking part in the competition are the Bacolod Filipino-Chinese Junior Chamber and the SJI Faculty. The race will showcase the strength, versatility and sportsmanship of the participants.

Another set of activities for the SJI community tomorrow is a Medical Mission at the Msgr. John Liu and Msgr. John Su Handumanan Sang Hua Ming GK Village and a paint-a-door workshop to be conducted by Charlie Co and Rafael Paderna, the press release said.

The school will also turn over five GK houses to the beneficiaries and have its 51 st and 52 nd houses in the relocation site blessed,

The event is sponsored by the Palace Construction; Condura Refs and Freezers; Mandaue Foam Furniture Center ; Sharp; Summit , the natural drinking water; and 100 Plus Sports Drink, Perry Ong/Sincere Drugstore.

The day will end at the Hua Ming GK Village with the awarding of the winners of the Amazing Race, the press release said.*
