Vice Governor Genaro Alvarez will distribute scholarship assistance to 436 students from all districts of Negros Occidental at the Captiol in Bacolod City tomorrow.

Each scholar will received P2,500, for a total of P1,090,000.

Alvarez said he provides assistance to close to 4,000 students a semester.

Scholarship programs were also implemented by Alvarez while he was a congressman representing the sixth district.*CPG
