A suspected marijuana peddler was arrested yesterday by the police in a buy-bust operation at Hacienda Santa Maria in Brgy. Himoga-an,, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

Chief Inspector Gabriel Gutierrez, Sagay police chief, said the arrest of the suspected drug peddler identified as Samson Rolan,45, yielded two packs of suspected dried marijuana leaves, P570 in cash and a Nokia cellular phone.

Gutierrez said the arrest of Rolan brought to three the number of suspected drug pushers accounted for by the police in Sagay City, since the start of the year.
