vs. kidnapping
BY ADRIAN NEMES III

Bacolod City Police Director Senior Supt. Ricardo de la Paz yesterday appealed to both government and public hospitals, not only in the city but also in other areas of Negros Occidental, to beef up their security measures following the kidnapping of a baby girl at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital last week.

Kidnapping charges will be filed today against the 22-year-old woman suspect who was nabbed at her house in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod Saturday, De la Paz said

De la Paz added that right after the incident the Bacolod City Police coordinated with the management of CLMMRH through its chief, Dr. Julius Drilon, and discussed measures so that similar incidents will not happen again.moremoremore
